Main Features:

1. Little change in physical properties over wide temperature range (-50°C up to 200°C) and viscosity - temperature slope.

2. Good dielectic properties over a wide range of temperatures and frequencies.

3. Low surface tension - readily wets clean surfaces to impart water repellency and release characteristics.

4. Viscosities above 10 mm²/s also exhibit heat stability, oxidation resistance, very low vapour pressures, and high flash point.

5. Non-toxic, and non-flammable; non-greasy and non-rancidifying.

6. Excellent property of water repellence.

7. Soluble in a wide range of solvent.

Main Applications:

1. Release materials: Used alone or as part of compounded formula. JN Dimethyl silicone oil provides a non-carbonising mould release for rubber, plastics, and metal die castings.

2. Foam preventative: Very small volume of the silicone oil is able to control foam in various processing operations, especially in non-aqueous systems.

3. Mechanical fluid: Feating excellent viscosity-temperature characteristics, thermal and chemical stability, sheer-breakdown resistance, compressibility and rubber compatibility, JN PDMS is very suitable for hydraulic or mechanical applications like hydrolic stabilizers, damping media etc.

4. Surface active material: By adding to Vinyl plastisols, JN PDMS improves flow characteristics, de-aerates and lubricates surface efficiently.

5. Lubricant: Excellent lubrication performance for most plastic & elastomeric surfaces, multiple materials with metal (metal needs to be selected at purpose or requirement based). Moreover, it can be used as lubricant for medical, condom, food, chemical, coating and industrial etc applications.

6. Cosmetic and persoanal care: As JN PDMS can generate non-greasy and protective film that resists water and waterborne irritants, meanwhile remain skin's breathing, it makes itself an important ingredient in hand/skin cream, suntan lotion and hair grooming aids etc. 

7. Polish and chemical specialties: Widely used in automobile and furniture polish to achieve high gloss with minimum rubbing as a durable water-repellant film. Also it can be used in many special applications saying aerosol starches and fabric conditioners. 

8. Electric and electronic: With good di-electric properties, JN PDMS can be used for both insulating and damping use.

Product Safety And Storage:

• Shelf life is 24 months under good storage condition. 

• Keep the goods under room temperature in original unopened container. 

• Storage condition under cool, away from direct sunlight and high temperature is proposed. 

• Package:

• 200kgs barrel or 1,000kgs IBC tote (190kgs metal barrel or 950kgs IBC tote for viscosity less than 50mpa.s).
