Directions for Use:

Step	Instructions	Key Notes
1. Mixing Ratio	100:2 (Base Silicone A: Tin Catalyst B) by weight	Do not deviate—incorrect ratios cause incomplete curing.
2. Mixing	Stir thoroughly for 3–5 min until uniform color	Use a "Z" motion to minimize bubbles.
3. Degassing	Vacuum at -0.09 MPa until bubbles rise & collapse	If no vacuum chamber, let it sit for 10–15 min to self-degas.
4. Pouring	Pour slowly from one corner to avoid air traps	For intricate molds, brush on a thin layer first.
5. Curing	3-4 h at 25°C (77°F) for demolding, 12h full cure	Faster in warm/dry conditions (avoid humidity >70%).

Usage Notes and Packaging：

Cross-contamination: Never mix tools with platinum-cured silicone (addition-cure)—tin residue inhibits curing.
Avoid contact with: Sulfur, phosphorus, nitrogen, water, alcohol, or PVC (causes cure inhibition).
Package：5kg can → 20kg white barrel → 25kg iron barrel
Storage: Seal tightly, keep dry & cool (<25°C), shelf life 6–12 months unopened.
